1. Minimum time of investment 12 months
2. Suggest owning an LLC or Corporation

If you have cash that you would like to use with REV Investments, here is the procedure outline:

1. Form  LLC ( if you need this call APP)* you do not need an LLC to give the funds but we will only pay off to an LLC
2. Review and Sign contract (link To the contract)
3. Wire money to Rev Investments
4. Rev Will Email You To Let you know the money is in the bank
5. Rev Sends Back Partnership documents
6. Rev sends You A password so you can view all investments
7. Your Money starts to make a return
8. First Monthly payment begins on the 7th month

If you need to get equity out of your home to invest with REV Investments, here are the steps you need to take:

1. Refinance to pull money out if you need help to do this (click here)
2. Have a 6 months cash reserve to pay the new mortgage
3. Form  LLC ( if you need this call APP)* you do not need an LLC to give the funds but we will only pay off to an LLC
4. Review and Sign contract (link To the contract)
5. Wire money to Rev Investments
6. Rev Will Email You To Let you know the money is in the bank
