We will not lend money unless all these questions are answered and these criteria are met:
- Who is the borrower?
- Rev is always in first position
- 50% LTV maximum
- Know the reason for the loan
- Loan amount
- Length of the loan
- Rate of return (interest rate)
- Default rate of return
- Who is the previous lender?
- Current Appraisal, certified
- Do we want to own this property
