| Rev Investments was created to help those in need of financing real
estate, and yet unable to get traditional institutional loan. Due to
time constraints, appraisal requirements, lack of credit, assets or
financial strength on their own. Because we do not dig as deep as most
lenders we need the following information to provide you with a quick
response.

review your request. If we are unable to lend your request with our
own funds we will look for additional way to provide the loan you
request. This might include syndication, and brokering. In either case
if we facilitate your loan we will be compensated by fees charged to
you. We want to do all we can to get your project funded.
